I used to erase lw songs and they would stay in my itunes now
 

I used to erase lw songs and they would not be erased from itunes. now as i see that is not the case anymore. any thoughts about this?:idea:

Would the songs still play ??

I always found that even if I had deleted the files from limewire the song would still appear in itunes but it didn't play an error message would appear stating that the file could not be found on the system....

The itunes songs would still play. I just erased all of my LW songs last night and only the old ones are still listed and play on my itunes.

go into your preferences and set itunes to automatically save played songs. then you can erase them safely ftrom limewire.:idea:

thanks i will give it a try. i think my itunes updates may delete my prefrences prior.:idea:
