New Computer (can't reinstall Pro)
 

I purchased Lime Wire Pro on 6-30-2006. I recently bought a new computer and want to install Lime Wire. I went to the support page and it is not recognizing my e-mail address as a registered Pro user. I have the Pay Pal e-mail receipt & Lime Wire Pro confirmation e-mail. Please let me know what my options are.

If you did, your Pro's way out of date. Your email address is only in the database while your Pro benefits are current.
Back then, buying Pro entitled you to 6 months worth of support & updates. So your Pro benefits would have expired around Dec 2006/Jan 2007. And after that you can't download any more Pro installers for free. People need to save the Pro installers that they download...then they can be used for as long as you like.

If you bought some 'lifetime membership' from a scam site...LW's official site has never offered that. It's just a scam.

yes :) If it's still on your old computer then see if it still exists, and copy it across to new one. ;)
