Monitor Alert: Possible scam using Gnu private messages

Hi caseybob as Mods we cannot see your private messages....I would suggest that you forward your pm to Lord of the Rings as he is the Administrator of the forums...

Thanks for tip. Have just forwarded private message from 'Anitta' to Lord of the Rings as administrator. He will have to refer to my original concern in Open Discussion posted earlier today. In my opinion, using LWire for business propositions, even if legitimate, is a serious violation of the LW spirit. Would like to see a LOTRings post about what is done. Regards, caseybob

We don't allow anyone to spam the forums with that rubbish, hence them trying to do it via pm...

Hi ww: Thanks for prompt response. No SPAM allowed in Forums is all well and good, and I applaud. However, it does not solve the problem of people joining LW to use as contact source for private messages promoting legitimate or illegitimate business propositions. Can anything be done about that? Perhaps LOTRings will post news there is a solution...hope so. caseybob
