Can't install LW Pro Doesn't recognize Email addy

I purchased access to Limewire Pro but it says my email address is not found. I have a copy of my order info and I want to know how to get signed in. Can anyone help me?

Sorry for the simplification of your nick, LOL. If you Bought LW Pro from the Legit Site, your receipt should read Limewire LLC. Anything else...You were Scammed.
