I purchased LW some time ago but... (email addy not recognised)
 

My new computer doesn't have a slave for another hard drive and can't transfer LW to it. I bought it, I really did. When I tried to sign in, I was notified my email is not registered with them. Any suggestions?

Use your old computer to burn it to a disc and use the disc to load it onto your new computer.


From what site did you purchase it from, and how long ago was it?

If you've purchased some other option then you were scammed.

If your free updates period has expired you'll need to purchase it again or d/l the Basic(free) version.
