Songs are all muffled

This has nothing to do with your question but I need help and I don't know what to do.I don't know how I got here. I neen to post something. I bought limewire a few weeks ago and it worked fine. Now when I download, the songs are all muffled. Can anyone help please.

No. I don't know how.I went to 1 place and typed in music was muffled and nothing happened> I'm so frustrated with the lack of support here.
