Well thank you for your help, i tried that too and still did'nt work, so i flushed LW again for the i don't know how many times, and went back on the LW site to get it again, i download the program, and after that clik on "open the folder" to analyse it with my anti-virus, but i saw that it did'nt go to the good place, buttt good thing i saw something that i had, that was called "Stubinstaller" i don't know where or how i got that but i flushed it right away, close my pc and reopened it, went back to get LW from the official site, and yessssssssss finally i have it allllll in french, even the flags oufffff it's about time

So thanks again for trying to help me, maybe that thing was the only problem, i'll go right now to try LW to see if it works okay
