Best mp3 player
 

Haven't been around in a while. My laptop got a virus (not from P2P) and I lost all my files, including my 1200+ songs!:cry2::pissed: So I am getting ready to start over from square one.

Anyway, on to the point... I want to buy an mp3 player and I don't know much about them, so I thought I would ask the experts. What do you guys think is the best brand? I am moderately tech savvy so ease of use is somewhat important, but I am much more interested in quality and value. TIA

I suspect most people would most likely vouch for whichever ones they have used / use. So you will most likely get some biased responses.

Perhaps wise to google up on feedback about particular players. :) Find out what issues some users have with them. How good the product support is. How well the player is supported with 3rd party programs. How easy it is to use. How limiting it is also! :) (eg: which file formats does it support & which not supported & which ones with limited support. etc. Limits can be read in many ways.)
