Help PLEASE..New Computer...No Limewire
 
Back in 2005 we purchase the lifetime subscription of Limewire and not too long ago our computer crashed and we had to buy a new one. We can't remember what email was used and really want to get the Limewire back. Does anyone know how do we get our subscription back?? Every email addresss I enter is not valid. Can't find where I can email,call, mail Limewire with our information. Is there ANYONE out there who can Help. Thanks.:confused:

Well I hate to disappoint, but there is NO such Thing as a Lifetime Membership. You have Probably been Scammed. See Below for Price and subscription Options.

If you did buy an Authentic Version of Pro, your bank reciept should read Limewire LLC.

Here is their Pricing Scheme

The Official LW site is www.limewire.com. Anything else, Scam.

Even if you had purchased Pro from the above site in 2005, Your Pro Updates and support would still have expired.

You can use a Pro Version for ever and put it on as many puters as you want, but unless you Upgrade, the updates and support expires either after 6 mnths or 12 mnths, depending on which plan you purchase.

I need to get in touch with LW because my email address I used, is a email address I haven't used in years and can't rememeber even which one I used, that's why I need to find Some way to contact LW. But of course from what I found, you have to use the one you set it up with and as I've stated...I can't remember. Am I just S.O.L.??? or is there another way to contact them??

Your SOL AFAIK. Once the Sucscription Expires, the e-mail address is deleted from their database.

I don't think it really matters since you think you paid for a Lifetime Subscription. There never has been and probably never will be such a thing.

Please Re-READ my Reply above Slowly so you comprehend what it is Telling You. Also take a good hard look at the Attachment in the Same Post.

Ok 12Months??? How then tell me how I had 3+ years of UNLIMITED music downloads???
My original question....Was there a way to get in touch with them, without using the original email address that was used when I had it set up. If you don't know, then why are you replying to my thread.

:aweof:GOOD. Because you apparently can't answer my question anyway. I know what I had and when ever we signed on to LW for the last "3+" years the system "NEVER" said anything about " UPDATING":thankyou:
My post before this one is my question. Not some stupid "Subscription" That's my argument with LW! :sos:

Only people "WHO KNOW" how to get in touch with LW without using the email address that was used to set it up only need to reply to my thread.:xirokrotima:

I'm not SLOWWWWWWW or STUPIDDDDDDDDD. I just would like some intelligent person to help me.:lightbulb:

If there is NO WAY, then I would just like for someone to tell me that LW has no customer support system to help their customer who have lost their information.

Remoc's told you all that you need to know. You may not have liked hearing it, but it's true.

The only way to contact LW Pro support is via the Pro support link, which requires you to enter your email address. Since you bought a scam version of LW, you would never have been able to access Pro support...your email address would never have been recognised.

LW only offer email support to people who have bought Pro from the official site (payment to LimeWireLLC shows on the credit card statement) & whose Pro benefits are still current. Therefore you do not qualify for LW Pro email support.
No email support is offered for basic LW.

You will not be able to download a free version of Pro from the official site.

Basic LW is free. You can download that from the link in Remoc's first post.

End of story:)
