cannot reinstall limewire pro
 

Sleepless edit: Thread moved to correct section

I've subscribe at limewire pro for 3 years and paid $34.95. But my computer had a virus and it has to be reformatted. The problem is, when I was reinstalling it again and was asking for my email address I used when I purchased my limewire pro, it says it's not the email I used.
I printed the confirmation and even saved it to my yahoo mail so there's no way its the wrong email I used.
Pls Help. why isn't there a way to contact the limewire people so we can direct the problem to them?

I'm sorry to say this, but you have been scammed. Using the official Limewire site, you can only subscribe for either 6 months or a year. There is no 3 Year plan.

From what I read it seems you bought this subscription a while back, so that money has gone down the drain.

If you want to subscribe to Limewire Pro then Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent « is the one and the only site, where you should do this.

OMG!!! so the site i've subscribe into was a fake? wahhhh!!! I had that feeling when it won't accept my email add when I was trying to reinstall it. Grrrrr....
