Okay here the stats I only recently downloaded Limewire for the music and downloaded a few. I had to convert them to mp3 and than to aac version using audio conv on my windows operating system. Now when I sync my ipod it freezes and I have togo through the angst of waiting for it to die so I can reset the glorified doorstop... Should I just uninstall limewire or what? Please reccomend and help I know how tired you guys must be with this whole Ipod q. Cheers

Have you tested the songs to be sure they play ok? Play them to be sure they play ok.
You should not need to convert from mp3 to aac (mp4/m4a). iPod can play mp3 files unless they are in the not so popular or common mp3pro format. If they play ok, try adding the songs using manual update of iPod; see the lower paragraph here where I advise ucats what to do: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/open-d...776#post129776 |
