I click on the LimeWire 2.1.3 icon and nothing happens.

What can I do? I click on it and it doesn't open.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's making me crazy. HELP!!!!
