Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly. It makes sense now--those fake files. I thought it was something I had did. Now I know...Fortunately, it looks like I'll be getting my money back. I also called my credit card company just to make sure. I got the individual's name I talked to. Again, thanks for all your help.
