New hard drive. How do I get limewire back?

Okay, my hard drive crashed and I bought a new one. How can I get limewire back? I already paid for it. I clicked the linked "reinstall limewire already purchased" But when I enter my e-mail, I get an invalid e-mail message or limewire doesn't recognize e-mail. What do I do? How can I get it back? My version was 4.18.

When did you purchase LW Pro?

Did you originally receive an email from LW customer/sales support with a link to your Pro personal download page? If yes, check for it.

I purchased LW about 9 months ago and I guess I deleted the e-mail. Because I can't seem to find it. What should I do?

LW Pro support with updates only lasts 6 months unless you purchased the Extended package which was 12 months. So after the support period, email addresses are auto removed from their databases.

Option would be to get Basic instead if you do not have a back up Pro installer. Unless you wish to purchase pro again.
