Unable To Reinstall Previously Purchased Limewirepro
 

i PURCHASED LIMEWIRE PRO IN 1/9/09. i HAD TO RESTORE MY HARDDRIVE AND IS HAVING TO REINSTALL LIMEWIREPRO. WHEN I SELECT ALREADY BOUGHT LIME WIRE AND WENT BACK TO THE EMAIL LINK I RECVD. TO DOWNLOAD MYLIMEWIRE PRO IT IS TAKING ME BACK TO THE PAGE TO REPURCHASE LIMEWIRE PRO. hOW DOI GET THE LIMEWIREPRO BACK ON MYCOMPUTER. i HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR 1MONTHS

thank you for the reply... I tried the look up and it still is not working..it takes me backto the screen to repurchase limewirepro

hmm ... check your browser history back to January. See if in fact the people you paid money to was LW. You can also check your credit card statements. The official LW company is called Lime Wire LLC.

You 'might' have accidentally purchased LW as a scam site. It happens to so many people. LW official site 'never' advertises, nor do they make claims of unlimited downloads or lifetime membership.

Check your email accounts. You must have an email from LW sales support, if not then you probably did not get LW from the official site.

yes, i did get it from the official site and my credit card statment says :

LWL*LIME WIRE LLC 212-21 01/10LWL*LIME

and i did get an email which had a link to click on to get the limewire pro software, and when i click on that it is still sending me to the site to repurchase limewire pro or download basic.

Sounds like there's been a glitch somewhere.
