Confused

How to get music to your phone..

Ok, really stupid question...I did it before, I have all the equipment, but I forgot how to do it....

Every time I try and "save" the music (mp3) it goes to this mu3 or whatever...as you can tell, I don't do this very often. I do have Limewire Pro (I believe I still do)

Can anyone help?
