Can't Change Limewire Skin

I RUN VISTA HOME PREM.,2.4 GHZ.AMD ATHLON,XFX 8100 VIDEO.
2GB RAM.I'VE DOWNLOADED THEM BUT CAN'T INNSTALL.IF YOU CAN HELP RESPOND TO MY E-MAIL [EMAIL ***

Are you using LW 4 or 5? LW 5 does not have ability to change skins yet. Can only change skins with LW 4. :)
