can't get any help (invalid email address)

I purchased the Limewire pro and can not get it to work. I have tried EVERYTHING. I even put in my e-mail address and it says it is invalid. Well if it is invalid why do I have a bill saying I paid. There is no technical support or a number to cantact anyone so how do I get this problem fixed? Any help is appreciated.
