Can't Delete File Off my Hard Drive

I need help deleting a mpeg file that I downloaded using Limwire. I deleted the file from the library and also wanted it to be deleted from my hard drive. I went back to the file were limewire saves the files and it is still there. I can't delete it, I can't move it, I can't rename the file, I can't even view its properties, and the file doesn't even work. I also scanned it with my antivirus program and it is not a virus. So does anyone know how I can delete this file, I would surely appreciate the help.
