How about a 'Bugs' forum?
 

There isn't a forum specifically for collecting all the bug reports.

Sure there is a bug page at limewire, but only registered developers can use it, and it's way too advanced for us normal users.

There should be a forum for bugs, there should be a warning that the people posting must be able to reproduce their bug before posting, and that they must also read to see what bugs are already posted for their version .. and there should be little enough traffic that there shouldn't be too many to read.

Moderators could limit this traffic by actually moderating the postings, although I realise this is a big ask.

As it is, the bug reports get lost among all the other traffic in the various forums, and it's not obvious which is the best forum to post your bug to.
