help with "force resume" function

I'm looking for the version of LW that has a "Force Resume" in a right click drop-down window.
It will "resume" any file that is highlighted whether or not it is downloading.
Please look around and see if anyone knows which version I'm talking about

You are Nuts LOL. Seems that you've been looking for an answer to this since Sep. 08. I don't have an answer for you but you may look through this History Link. It's only updated to Version 4.14.x. I'm sure this function that your looking for was prior to said version.
