![]() I PURCHASED LIMEWIRE PRO VERSION 5.1.2.1 EARLIER THIS YEAR. NOW WHEN LIMEWIRE LOADS UP IT ASKS IF I WOULD LIKE TO UPGRADE, WHEN I TRY TO INSTALL IT NONE OF MY INFORMATION REGISTERS. I PAYED FOR IT NOW I CANT UPGRADE IT OR ACCESS TECHNICAL SUPPORT. I'M NOT SURE WHAT TO DO. IF ANYBODY CAN HELP I WOULD APPRECIATE IT, THIS WHOLE THING IS REALLY FRUSTRATING!!! ![]() |

![]() Did you purchase the 6 or 12 month support? 12 month Extended Costs US$34.95, whereas 6 month support costs US$21.95. No updates or support one-off version costs US$13.95. 'Normally' you are given your own personal download page, which you 'should' Bookmark. In that way you can update easily and find out whether your support period is nearing an end. But Pro support do also send out emails warning of impending support finishing up to at least an month from the end & then each week after. (They offer 33% discount on re-purchasing support & updates over this period & a short period after.) Have you checked to be sure you are using the same email you bought Pro with as the one you are attempting to access your page from the support page with? Try here.
