Naming my files so people can find them

I may not have the tech vocabulary to ask the question correctly, but I'll try:

If I have a photo I want to share, how do I name it so that other people can find it?

For example, if I put up a photo of spider, that I took in my garage, and I name it "spider in my garage"...and then I go to limewire and search in the photos for "spider in my garage"...nothing called that shows up.

And yes, it IS in my shared limewire folder.

Is there some special file-naming protocol that I don't know about?

Even if I download something FROM limewire, like a song...if I search for the song again, it does not come up with me as a source for it, so I assume it wouldn't come up for you either.

Also, my older file sharing program had a box that showed files people were getting from me, but my Limewire...well if it's there, I can't find it.

Any help on both subjects will be appreciated.

Hi Jim,

You can't normally find your own files in a search :) If you have friends who use LW, ask them to search for the files that you're sharing. Or you can send me a PM with some of the file names & I'll see if I can find them.

Which version of LW are you using? Uploads show in different places for different versions... if you let us know which version you have then we can tell you how to find your uploads page/window.
