locating other clients

Hey, I'm new to the network, and i was wondering if it was possible to locate a client's username or e-mail etc if i only know their location number as listed on a search result. please let me know....icmn@hotmail.com

Gnutella does not have usernames like Napster does.

If this was possible, we'd be able to CHAT in our servents! We can't. Because finding out what user/email is using a given IP address requires the ISP researching the matter and divulging the results, which they'll only do if sufficiently threatened.
