Click on that, SAVE the file and after D/Ling it, click on it and run it...

I cant find the uninstaller for whenu i looked at the link provided but can not find it

The versions of WhenU that came with old versions of BearShare always had their own
uninstaller in the \Program Files\Save or \Program Files\VVSN folder. Just run that.
