BearFlix Troubles

I have BearFlix. When I download movies, the movie is not in full screen and the quality isn't so good. I signed up for BearFlix Pro, they gave me a key, but when I download movies, it doesn't ask for the key. So is there a difference between the free BearFLix and the Pro BearFlix? :confused:
