iMesh is not what it used to be. You will not download copyright music via iMesh unless you pay for it.  iMesh is an authority run company now run by MusicLabLLC. MusicLab LLC has an alias known as Discordia Ltd. Quote:

iMesh itself was a small Israeli P2P company of six that settled a lawsuit with the RIAA in 2004. iMesh's chairman comes from the recording industry (RIAA president, IFPI board, Sony and RCA Records head) as an acknowledged liaison.
