qtella system tray docking icon
 

I just downloaded the newest version of qtella. It has this new docking icon that I suppose is for the system tray in KDE. This is annoying for people not using a window manager with a docking area, and I was wondering if anyone knows how to turn it off?

its probably in .kde folder somewhere, try moving it out (not delete yet) and see if that works.

It's in the general tab in the sonfiguration submenu... Look in the on Exit field

Nah, this is a docking icon that stays there no matter what I do. It's just floating there because it has nowhere to dock, but if I uncheck the box you specified, it's still there when the program is running.

recompile after configuring with the --without-kde (I think that's it, make sure you do a ./configure --help to make sure) option on the configure script. That should take care of it.
