If you accidentally do, delete them immediately.
Those files install all kinds of porn links on your computer.

Unfortunately, it seems that every search will turn up a link to one of these files, no matter what you search for. Example:
search for xyz, receive response for !!setup xyz.zip or
!! setupxyz.rar

I've hit some of those link setups in searching for files. Not all of the start with !! in the title. And not titles that start with !! are link setups for porn. There are some crap files out their that are mislabeled either accidently or on purpose. I mean hey, I downloaded what was suppose to be a pic of Barney the Dinosaur for my kid and got gay porn once. So it is a chance you take with file sharing. But some things to look for are file size and words like "setup" in the file name. If you are looking for music and a file is titled "setup music" .avi,.asf., or what ever, odds are it is not what you will want. I mean do you honestly belive that the copy of the "Spiderman" movie (for example) is going to be 30,000 size file or require a set up? No it won't and I do not belive that most including the person who started this tread is that stupid. Just look at what you are getting before you click on the download. It will save you a headache.

You're absolutely right - newer clients like BearShare and Gnucleus (soon others) automatically block search results from known spammer IP addresses (called "hostiles").

It seems this has rather deeply infected my Explorer. Do other have same experience
