 somtimes problem files can be delated by searching for them using start.search for files . when file that you want to delete is found drag it by holding L/H mouse button down drag and drop file into the recycle bin icon on desktop .then empty Recycle Bin. this has worked for me many times as i have had same problem, hope it helps |
