"New Version"

Well I downloaded the "new version" dated the 18 July, deinstalled the old, installed the new, and it doesn't work. All I get is an "Access Violation" when I try to download, along with the "bug report send crap"and the program hangs, the previous version was fine, but I junked the install exe. Is the old version still downloadable !!!!
