Can't install 1.3 on wXP/2k or ? click here

I currently have 1.22, if I switch to 1.33 will I lose all of the transfers that I currently have?
And should I un-install 1.22 before downloading 1.33?
Should I reboot before running 1.33?
I have wXP where do I find the correct download (the one that works for XP)?

When I originally installed 369 on 2 of my machines (XP and 2K) both of the machiness would report an error when I was attempting to start xolox. I just installed 359 and it works great.

The Cnet build would not work for me on W2k Pro.
