HTTP Tunnelling

I have tried using the HTTP-Tunnel (http://HTTP-Tunnel.com) Firewall proxy server thing with XoloX but I haven't yet been successfull. Does anyone know if XoloX is compatable with this software? I know it used to work with good ol' Napster. If anyone out there can offer me advice as to which client/tunnel combination works well the information would be very useful indeed. Thanks.
