When I find a host that has the same musical taste as mine, how can I save and recall a particular Host?

Write it down... ;)

Not being funny... Write down the IP of the user and try to do a direct connect with them.

Saving the IP will also help you spot a particular user during subsequent searches as their IP will appear in the search results...

Soon you will learn to note 'favourite regulars' !
