Try GSpot, see the links here CODECs list and alternate players for Movies Just open it in GSpot & it will tell you which codec the file needs. Are you sure the file isn't corrupt or something. If VLC can't play it then that's very strange. VLC's abilities: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/features.html I see it's MPeg 1 format which is normally used for VCD format. Did you try opening it in Nero or Roxio burner apps? |
