 No not download them for free. Just check their online databases for books & cd's, etc. Then you need to go to the library to locate it & borrow it. That's how it is locally but your country might be different. You would need to make enquiries at your local public libraries. Public libraries in my country are free whereas I've heard some countries libraries charge money.  |
