Hello and Help Please( searches interupted)

Apologies if my requests have been replied to before, but I have 2 questions. How or where do I find a download to translate a download into the original language (if possible) and secondly, I've noticed that my downloads have been interrupted with "busy hosts" or it puts me on a waiting line, which is strange, cause I usually have a really good download speed when it happens. Any suggestions?

1. Good translations are done by people, not software.
Look for files that are already translated.

2. Search again in the search page to find more sources.
Right-click the downloads and "Find more sources" too.
