Why do my search results only show "Ethernet" speed
 

Every time we search for a new song lately the only results that show up are for "Ethernet"...we used to have hundreds of results with various speed options...I don't know what happened and how do we change it back...I have tried almost everything...we just had to install itunes, is that the reason?...how do we fix it...
