Unable to download anything

When I enter something into the search bar and click on Audio nothing is being found.I have put about 8 different things in the search bar but nothing is being found.It worked ok at the weekend.Have had a problem with the laptop today and have done some fiddling around so maybe I have done something to stop files being found.Any advice appreciated,Thanks
