Lost Downloads

I have been downlaoding some files off of Shareaza and I have found that they sometimes just remove themselves from the "Transfer" window, but havent finished downloading. The files are still in the "Incomplete" folder but arent showing up in the "Transfer" window. How can I get them back to finish downloading? I am using the v1.9 beta.
