why why why

no matter what... speeds never go over 5 kb. i download the same files with limewire and i get speeds over 80 kb AND these are popular files! Ive tried every p2p app u can think of, and Shareaza is so slow its rediculous that it has a following like it does.

and whats the point of the misleading Kb and KB option?

This is my objective comment: kb/s is what shareaza uses by default while LW uses KB/s. If shareaza says 5kb/s it means 0,63KB/s in LW (KBs/8 = kbs).

i know.. kilobits and kilobytes. i already knew that. but it sure has confused a bunch of people. not that its that big of a deal, i just cant seem to get any use out of shareaza. looks like a wonderful program with the best interface out of any of the p2p apps some good options and tweaks, but no performance??? Ive done port forwarding, ive configured my system, other programs work fine, so its not xp or my pc. well, it could be xp but to the best of my knowledge ive done everything i can.
