Lost for a solution, plz help.....
 

I am running the latest version of Shareaza (2.2.1.0) and I have broadband. I either get "Pending" on downloads or speeds of 5kb/s (if I'm lucky enough to connect!). I get the "You Are Firewalled" warning on the main Shareaza screen, but I have already opened up port 6436 (I even have my firewall switched off!). I am on a network so I am behind a router, and I have Windows XP Service Pack 2 - I read up and tried that method where you patch the 'tcpip.sys' file to allow 50 rather than 10 transfers, still no difference. I would really appreciate some help, thank you very much :)

second, its port 6346 not 6436...make sure you've got that right

oh..no reason for me to trash it...its now being moved to the shareaza forums where it belongs...
