cannot connect

i just logged on to shareaza 2.3.1.0 and i cant connect any help on how to do it so i can connect??????

1. Get the latest version (2.4.0.0 (stable) or 2.4.0.2 (alpha))
2. Could you tell us plz the result of your connection test (accessible under Help >> Connection test)
