I don't use Shareaza, but check this page (click on link): SourceForge.net: FAQ.FirewallsRouters - shareaza

If you scroll down that page, you'll see a list of firewalls. Click on one of those links & you'll find instructions for configuring that firewall.

If your firewall isn't on that list, maybe there's info on your firewall's website about configuring
