 That you can't view the site means that your ISP is blocking the 6346 port, and since you said you could download for a short time, it implies that your ISP is randomly blocking ports used by P2P clients. My advice, try to switch to a different port (in LW with your firewall configurated accordingly), such as 64049, or 47058. Something I did lately was to configurate the listening port to 1863, which is used by the MSN Messenger live to transfer files. I thought that ISPs might not block this port. For me it works,...... So, go to LW>Tools>Options>Advanced>Firewall configuration and change the listening port to one of the numbers mentioned above. Then configure your firewall accordingly.
