help a NOOB
plsss some one help me with my questions
aside from being a noob I'm not also a tech wizz so plss help 1. where can I download videos that does not requires licence?

these are authorized for sharing http://www.magnetmix.com/video.shtml even though they don't have attached licenses.
Most of the content shared on gnutella doesn't have a license attached (that's a new development). So, you have to use your best judgement if there is no license.
