pest patrol

did a pest patrol scan about 45 pests came up for limewire i delelted them go to run program
says program isnt found.. any ideas?

Pest Patrol is broken. Use Spybot or AdAware instead. You'll have to re-install LimeWire to use it.

i dont understand i jsut bought sunbelt software with pest patrol. how could it be broken?

Search pest on the forum & you'll get the picture. From what I've read, Pest control gives misleading results. It is a poorly designed piece of softw & will give you more probs than safety. Get the others suggested, they're much more accurate & don't be surprised to get different results from PC.

Pest Patrol incorrectly identifies tons of legitimate things as "pests". One of the things it considers a pest is LimeWire, and deletes it. If you would like to use an adware/spyware removing program, you should use Spybot or AdAware instead of Pest Patrol.
