More translation updates:

- add supplementary translator for Swedish: Emil Sagfors
(some additions will make Swedish more usable)

- add new language and first translator for Tagalog (Filipino): Tristan Almazar
(complete! new translation, will be part of the next release; please send reviews if you find errors)

- add first translator for Croatian: Dan Bernardic
(translation not enough completed, but significant work is in progress)

- add second translator for Greek: Andreas Fournaris
(complete! Greek was already released but now its completion level is better, so Greek will be more usable with this complete revision)

- add first translator for Serbian-Cyrillic: Borislav Tadic
(translation not enough completed, but significant work is in progress)

How about Tibetan lol! Or one of the Tasmanian aboriginal languages? Hey I know some Tagalog .. not a lot but enough to get me from a to b or perhaps c lol
