i have set all options on sharing/uploads to allow maximum slots, upload per person, allow freeloaders, etc., - what is the problem?? this happens every time someone tries to download my files. THANKS A MILLION!!!!

There is a possibility that your isp does not like their customers file-sharing.
There are other threads on that subject but, "touch wood", I do not have this problem. could be something else of course |

this is normal behaviour for p2p clients. this just means either, they have cancelled downloading the file or the file downloaded completely but didnt tell your limewire it was finished.
