SO, I've set up like this:

• NAT firewall: TCP + UDP port 6969 forwarded to my PC
• LimeWire: listening on port 6969
• LimeWire: manual port forward on 6969 (UPnP not selected)

WHOA! I just connected, and noticed ZERO ultrapeers, and 24 peers?!?!?!

Ready to test Direct Connect now... anyone?

You might have problems DC with me b/c of my small bandwidth & I have uplding & limited slots & a large upld queue. I have 256/64 connection.

Why am I now an ultrapeer? What did I do to cause that?

I hope I am doind this posting right. I did your tests and the reading was false and did not change. I bypassed the router, and no other firewalls appear to be active. What else can be doing this please. Thanks.


Get your friend to do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image If it's False then they're firewalled.

You should do the test also! I noticed your files are all red under Location column which suggests you're firewalled. Configure firewalls here: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/firewalls.shtml
